The product is composed of tight conductor and weather resistant insulation and corresponding semi conductive shield, which has the mechanical property of the overhead line, and the safety transmission characteristic of the power cable. Compared with the bare wire, it has the characteristics of small spacing, high security and reliability, and good resistance to atmospheric aging. It is a priority selection of cable in urban and urban power transmission projects.
Characteristics of overhead insulated power cable:
1) rated voltage; 1kV, 10kV.
2) the maximum operating temperature of the cable conductor;
Cross linked polyethylene insulation; 90℃
High density polyethylene insulation; 75℃
3) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor (the longest duration does not exceed 5S);
Cross linked polyethylene insulation 250℃;
High density polyethylene insulation 150℃;
4) the ambient temperature should not be less than -20℃;
5) Allowable bending radius of cable:
A, 1kV overhead insulated cables;
Cable diameter less than 25mm should be not less than 4D;
The cable diameter 25mm and the above shall be not less than 6D;
B, 10kV overhead insulated cables
Single core cable: 20 (D+d) + 5%mm;
Multi core cable: 15 (D+d) + 5%mm;
Among them: D is the actual diameter of the cable.
d is the actual diameter of the cable conductor.
Cross linked polyethylene insulated overhead cables are used for overhead power transmission and other places, cable erection, should consider the cable and trees maintain a certain distance, cable operation allows frequent contact with trees.
